Eligibility
The CFC Ringside Table Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins tentatively on September 10, 2026 (start date subject to confirmation by Sponsor) and ends on October 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor will post the confirmed start date on this page before the Sweepstakes begins.
How to Enter
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person will be void. Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:
1. Online Entry: Complete the official entry form on the Best Deal Auto Group CFC Ringside Table Giveaway landing page during the Promotion Period. No purchase, pre-qualification, or credit review of any kind is required to enter.
2. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without submitting the online form, hand-print your full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address on a sheet of paper along with a statement requesting entry into the “CFC Ringside Table Giveaway,” and mail it to: Attn: Best Deal Auto Group – CFC Giveaway, 6915 Alameda Ave., El Paso, TX 79915. Mail-in entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.
Prizes
Four (4) winners will be selected. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
Grand Prize — CFC Ringside Table Experience. One (1) premium ringside table, including bottle service and reserved seating for the winner’s group. Approximate retail value: $2,000.
Second Prize — CFC Family Floor Seat Experience. Four (4) floor seat tickets and a $100 gift card to spend at the event. Approximate retail value: $TBD.
Third Prize — CFC Family Floor Seat Experience. Four (4) floor seat tickets and a $50 gift card to spend at the event. Approximate retail value: $TBD.
Fourth Prize — CFC Family Floor Seat Experience. Four (4) floor seat tickets. Approximate retail value: $TBD.
All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection and Notification
Four (4) winners will be selected in four separate random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, conducted in order. The first eligible entrant drawn will receive the Grand Prize; the second eligible entrant drawn will receive the Second Prize; the third eligible entrant drawn will receive the Third Prize; and the fourth eligible entrant drawn will receive the Fourth Prize. Each entrant may win at most one (1) prize. The drawing will occur on or about October 19, 2026. Potential winners will be notified via phone or email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected for that prize tier.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Publicity
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that Sponsor may use the winners’ names, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Use and Sharing of Participant Information
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that the personal information they submit — including name, email address, phone number, and mailing address — is collected by and shared with Best Deal Auto Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”), the sponsor and administrator of this Sweepstakes, and that Sponsor is permitted to use the campaign lead information for future marketing and follow-up. This information is handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

To request the names of the winners, send a written request to the address listed above within 30 days of the drawing date.
